When we moved from Minnesota to Southwest Florida in 2017, we weren’t just changing addresses, we were changing our lifestyle. We traded long winters for sunshine, palm trees, boating, and the kind of place that makes an ordinary Tuesday feel a little more like vacation.

Nine years later, Southwest Florida isn’t just where I live. It’s home.

That personal experience gives me a unique understanding of what it feels like to relocate, learn a new area, discover the right community, and decide where you truly want to put down roots.

Today, I help buyers and sellers navigate that same journey, whether they’re relocating, buying a seasonal home, investing, moving within Southwest Florida, or preparing for their next chapter.

My husband, Randy, is a USCG Master Captain, so the waterfront and boating lifestyle is very much part of our everyday life. From canals and boating access to neighborhoods, restaurants, beaches, and local favorites, I love helping people understand not just the homes here, but the lifestyle that comes with them.

For me, real estate is personal.
